Advanced Resource Managers Limited in Basildon, Essex is seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to support a major engineering programme, working closely with the Project Chief Engineer to ensure the technical integrity of the full system and its subsystems. You will lead architecture development, integration activities, and supplier engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM subject with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience with system lifecycles and architecture activities.
• Proven ability to lead architecture teams and supplier engagement.
• Experience passing design reviews and managing complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture team to develop and document the architecture across the project lifecycle.
• Lead the integration activity of sub-systems.
• Lead the engagement with technical suppliers.
• Influence requirements and design decisions to enable trade-offs.
• Provide direction on technical risks and opportunities.
• Support test planning and verification for certification and delivery.
