Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Consultant to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering leading systems engineering expertise to government and industry. You will work across the lifecycle, researching concepts, developing requirements, architectures, and ensuring V&V through integration and performance evaluation.

The role focuses on systems with hardware, software, and mixed technology, with security clearance Vetting and potential national projects.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple lifecycle phases in systems engineering.
• Proven ability to work with demanding customers and stakeholders.
• Background in a complex engineering environment with related procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and concept development of system solutions.
• Develop and manage system requirements with DOORS and RDL.
• Create abstract architectures using UML/SysML.
• Apply MoDAF/NAF frameworks in design.
• Perform system safety analysis and verification/validation.
• Lead systems integration and performance evaluation.
