Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in systems engineering (mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems).
• Familiarity with ARP4754 and ARP4761 standards.
• Leadership experience managing engineering teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of systems engineering plans aligned with aerospace standards.
• Manage requirements capture, analysis, and flow-down across system levels.
• Oversee requirements validation and verification activities.

Skills

Systems engineering experience in aerospace environments

Knowledge of aircraft systems (landing gear - ATA32)

Requirements management expertise

Familiarity with IBM DOORS

Understanding of airworthiness and certification

Strong communication skills

Education
