As a Senior Systems Architect, you will support the integration execution for our portfolio of companies. You will help drive the design and execution of the Operations & Infrastructure Get to Target State program (G2TS) for our Visa Family of Companies (VFC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team and key stakeholders to understand the integration requirements focusing on both technology and process integrations of the target organization.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the Core team in aligning and migrating Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the migration and alignment of SSDLC tools across our VFCs and Visa.
• Bring knowledge and expertise in respect of SSDLC tools and processes, especially on migration between different environments.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure successful integration of systems, networks, data centers, and other infrastructure components.
• Assess the technology infrastructure, systems, and operations of target companies to identify potential challenges, risks, and opportunities for integration.
• Lead the integration approach for the respective Visa Family of Companies (VFCs), aligning with peers to ensure consistency and efficiencies.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with internal global technology teams, keeping them informed of progress and representing the interests and needs of the VFCs.
• Partner with extended Visa technology and acquired entities to execute the G2TS plan.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and design guidelines to support the integration process.
• Ensure that integration approaches maintain the highest level of security and reliability.
• Execute a comprehensive technology and process architecture strategy, roadmap, and plan for infrastructure and operations during M&A.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to stakeholders, project teams, and IT staff on architecture matters.
• Work with extended Visa technology teams and VFC Operations & Infrastructure Leads to troubleshoot complex technical issues across various disciplines (Systems / Network / Storage).

This is a hybrid position. The days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in SSDLC practices and tools.
• Proficiency in migrating and integrating SSDLC tools within large-scale environments.
• Ability to collaborate across teams for SSDLC tool migration and alignment.
• Confidence in creating and presenting future target state and integration strategies to senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Prior experience with Visa processes and technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
