What you will be doing:

Developing the account management application to manage customer data, handle data received from external systems, and participate in developing our new Customer Services Portal. This will provide our customers with a high-quality, feature-rich experience to administer their products and account holders.

Delivering a wide range of product features from customer onboarding, account management, to fraud case management and product configuration.

Ensuring the product is secure and resilient, capable of servicing thousands of concurrent users.

What you will bring:

Significant commercial experience in:

  • Designing and developing Pega solutions for case management and decisioning
  • Database design and implementation
  • Performance monitoring and tuning
  • DevOps culture and practices
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
Required skills:

Experience in the following would be beneficial:

  • REST/JSON
  • PDC
