Qualifications

• Significant experience as Systems Analyst or similar in complex transformation programmes.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into system specifications and user stories.
• Strong ability to map current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) operating models.
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, risk analysis, dependency management and traceability.
• Data analysis experience including data modelling and data quality assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business processes, systems and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic change initiatives.
• Elicit, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, process maps and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, architects and delivery partners to design system and process solutions.
• Conduct impact, gap and dependency analyses to assess implications of changes.
• Analyse data flows, system integrations and information requirements to support design and implementation.
• Support project and programme delivery activities, including backlog management, prioritisation, testing and change readiness.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within the analysis function.
