Job summary

CACI Ltd, headquartered in London, is seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Marketing Technology team. You will work with major UK brands across utilities, gaming, publishing, retail and consumer goods to implement analytics solutions and drive data-driven insights.

The role requires experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4, Amplitude) and tag management systems, plus strong collaboration with client IT teams and stakeholders. A pragmatic, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytics solutions is preferred.
• Experience in an agency, consulting, or technology organization is advantageous.
• Strong listening and client questioning skills to derive detailed requirements.
• Pragmatic approach to implementing the right solution with minimal over-customization.

Responsibilities

• Analytics implementation and domain responsibilities: Adobe Analytics, GA4, Amplitude; GTM/Adobe Launch/Tealium IQ/Ensighten; create, own, and maintain all levels of technical specification and documentation; understand and drive the solution at a detailed level while keeping the larger project vision.
• Testing and quality assurance responsibilities: End-to-end testing with DevTools network requests and console checks; conduct automated and manual tests to ensure quality; identify and mitigate issues and risks throughout the project.
• Client responsibilities: Collaborate with client IT teams in line with their IT policies; participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops; identify and secure opportunities for additional projects; ensure timely responses to support requests.
• Who you are: Experience delivering analytics solutions; agency/consulting/tech organization background; proven project delivery with IT teams; strong listening, questions, and requirement gathering; capable of working with at least one digital analytics technology or tag management system; detail-oriented for QA prior to release.
• You are a team player: energetic, positive, knowledge-sharing, logical, adaptable, strong communicator in English, good presentation skills, and able to manage multiple projects.
