Job summary

CACI Digital Experience (formerly Cyber-Duck) is seeking a Technical System Analyst to bridge business and technology in hybrid environments with travel to Solihull. You will analyse processes, systems and data to support technology-enabled change across transformation programmes.

You will elicit requirements, define current and future operating models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust system solutions. Strong leadership in analysis and governance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Systems Analyst or similar in complex technology programmes.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, translating into system specs and user stories.
• Experience mapping and improving business processes using current/future state models.
• Leading stakeholder workshops and requirements elicitation.
• Experience with impact assessments, risk analysis, dependency management.
• Data analysis including data modelling, data migration support and data quality assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of business processes, systems and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Elicit, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, maps and solution specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and partners to design system and process solutions.
• Conduct impact, gap and dependency analyses for changes.
• Analyse data flows and system integrations to inform solution design.
• Support delivery activities including backlog management, testing and readiness.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within the analysis function and promote best practice.
