Job summary

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth international business to appoint a Senior Systems Accountant focused on OneStream. You will own the core finance systems environment and serve as the key contact for consolidation, planning and reporting within Group Finance.

You will work closely with FP&A and senior stakeholders to support reporting, forecasting and ongoing transformation initiatives, helping shape the EPM landscape in a fast-growing environment.

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth international business seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to take ownership of its core finance systems environment, with a particular focus on OneStream.

This role sits within Group Finance and offers the opportunity to become the key finance systems contact for consolidation, planning and reporting processes. Working closely with Group Finance, FP&A and senior stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure finance systems continue to support the organisation's reporting, forecasting and transformation objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity in a newly created role that we help shape the EPM landscape at this fast growth business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance systems contact for OneStream and related finance applications.
• Support the ongoing administration, enhancement and optimisation of OneStream.
• Partner with Finance teams to improve consolidation, planning, forecasting and management reporting processes.
• Manage system governance, controls, testing and change management activities.
• Support the production of management, board and investor reporting.
• Maintain financial data integrity, master data structures and reporting hierarchies.
• Work closely with technical teams to support integrations between finance systems and wider business applications.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for process improvement, automation and greater reporting efficiency.
• Provide support, guidance and training to finance users across the organisation.
• Contribute to wider finance transformation and systems improvement initiatives.

About You

• Finance background
• Strong experience working with OneStream, including administration, configuration or ongoing system support.
• Good understanding of financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and planning processes.
• Experience operating within a multi-entity or international group environment.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior finance stakeholders whilst remaining hands-on with system administration and delivery.
• Understanding of finance data structures, reporting hierarchies and systems integrations.
• Experience supporting finance systems projects, enhancements or transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
