Job summary

Smart Communications, a leading customer engagement technology provider, seeks a Finance Systems expert to govern OneStream and core group systems. You will own consolidation, planning, reporting and data governance across multi-entity structures, ensuring integrity and scalability of the finance landscape.

The role combines accounting excellence with systems leadership, delivering transformation initiatives and stakeholder coaching.

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with strong post‑qualification experience.
Minimum 10 years' experience within Finance Systems, Financial Consolidation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Group Reporting or Finance Transformation environments.
Demonstrable experience leading or owning enterprise finance systems in a complex, multi‑entity organisation.

Responsibilities

Own the administration, governance and strategic development of OneStream and other core Group Finance systems.
Lead the design and management of a formal Finance Systems Change Management Framework.
Own and support the Group's consolidation, planning, forecasting and management reporting environments.
Oversee integrations between OneStream, NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
Lead system enhancement initiatives and drive automation to improve efficiency.
Deliver training and guidance to finance users and influence stakeholders.
