Job summary

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth international business to appoint a Senior Systems Accountant with a focus on OneStream. Based in London, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead the core finance systems environment and act as the key contact for consolidation, planning and reporting.

You will work closely with Group Finance, FP&A and senior stakeholders to ensure the finance systems support transformation objectives and provide robust data, controls and insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong experience with OneStream including administration, configuration or ongoing support.
• Experience in multi-entity or international group environments.
• Confidently engages with senior finance stakeholders while delivering system support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance systems contact for OneStream and related apps.
• Administer, enhance and optimise OneStream to meet reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Oversee governance, controls, testing and change management for finance systems.

• Coordinate integrations between finance systems and other business apps.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reporting efficiency.

Senior Systems Accountant – OneStream

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth international business seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to take ownership of its core finance systems environment, with a particular focus on OneStream.

This role sits within Group Finance and offers the opportunity to become the key finance systems contact for consolidation, planning and reporting processes. Working closely with Group Finance, FP&A and senior stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure finance systems continue to support the organisation's reporting, forecasting and transformation objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong finance systems experience who enjoys combining financial knowledge with systems expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance systems contact for OneStream and related finance applications.
• Support the ongoing administration, enhancement and optimisation of OneStream.
• Partner with Finance teams to improve consolidation, planning, forecasting and management reporting processes.
• Manage system governance, controls, testing and change management activities.
• Support the production of management, board and investor reporting.
• Maintain financial data integrity, master data structures and reporting hierarchies.
• Work closely with technical teams to support integrations between finance systems and wider business applications.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for process improvement, automation and greater reporting efficiency.
• Provide support, guidance and training to finance users across the organisation.
• Contribute to wider finance transformation and systems improvement initiatives.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong experience working with OneStream, including administration, configuration or ongoing system support.
• Good understanding of financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and planning processes.
• Experience operating within a multi-entity or international group environment.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior finance stakeholders whilst remaining hands-on with system administration and delivery.
• Understanding of finance data structures, reporting hierarchies and systems integrations.
• Experience supporting finance systems projects, enhancements or transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
