Room At The Top Recruitment seeks a Senior System Architect to drive system, hardware, embedded and software integration across multi-site R&D projects. You will shape requirements, protocols and field tests for IoT products, balancing engineering excellence with costumer outcomes.

Leadership of the Product team is shared between the Product Manager and the Technology Lead, ensuring balanced guidance that bridges product vision and technical execution.
As Senior System Architect you will have significant impact on our client's multi-disciplinary R&D projects, grow with them as they venture into new technologies and will lead work groups in their projects as part of the connected devices line of products during the product lifecycle of both discovery and delivery.
This role is a temporary contract position for 2 years. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week and our client offers hybrid working (minimum 2 days onsite and the rest working remotely from home). The role offers a competitive hourly rate depending on experience (maybe negotiable), plus 25 days holiday pro rata.
The responsibilities will include defining System, HW, Embedded, ATE, SW & Integration requirements as well as contributing to the design stage of each discipline, defining the protocol, technical problem solving, proof of concept and field testing and assisting in tests design and investigations. The work will require collaboration with teams located in California USA and in Israel.
The position requires multidisciplinary understanding, ability to quickly grasp new technological aspects as well as constraints , the capability to work in a multi-site matrix organization and working closely in a Product and Platform team with other system engineers, embedded software developers, HW engineers, Integration Engineers as well as backend and front-end teams.
