Room at the Top Recruitment is assisting a client in evolving their Technology Solutions division toward a Product Operating Model. The role involves building and leading product teams responsible for delivering customer and business value with cross-functional collaboration across product managers, tech leads, designers and engineers.
The position is a PAYE temporary contract for 2 years with hybrid working (2 days onsite in Cambourne, 3 days from home – 37.5 hours per week) and a salary range

The role is a PAYE temporary contract role signed off for 2 years. Working for a prestige organisation, you will be offered the flexibility of hybrid working (2 days onsite in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire and 3 days from home – 37.5 hours per week) with a salary range of £42,000 - £71,409 per annum depending on experience.
The product and platform teams are cross-functional and durable, bringing together all the skills required to deliver impactful outcomes. Each team includes a Product Manager, Technology Lead, Product Designer, Delivery Lead, engineers, and developers.

Leadership of the Product team is shared between the Product Manager and the Technology Lead, ensuring balanced guidance that bridges product vision and technical execution.
As System Integration engineer you will create and define physical setups, test plans and own test execution and debug of the device, while working inside a demanding and diverse eco system.
Position requires the ability to develop test plans, understand embedded FW and electronics terms and constraints and lead technical investigations of complex system issues as well as creative problem solving and hands on work.
The work will require collaboration with teams located in California USA and in Israel.
The position requires multidisciplinary understanding, ability to quickly grasp new technological aspects as well as constraints , the capability to work in a multi-site matrix organization and working closely in a Product and Platform team with system engineers, embedded software developers, HW engineers, Other integration Engineers as well as backend and front-end teams.
