Job summary

Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Transactions Manager to oversee an international portfolio of syndicated loan agencies, bond trustees and security agents, ensuring onboarding, monitoring, and reporting in line with financing agreements.

The role is predominantly remote, with one London office day every 1–2 weeks, and requires 5–10 years in project or infrastructure finance. English fluency is essential, Spanish a plus, with frequent liaison to sponsors, lawyers and investors.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in project/infrastructure finance.

Responsibilities

• Review draft facility, bond issuance and security package docs from agency/trustee perspective.
• General management of domestic and international portfolio of project and infrastructure transactions.
• Calculate distributions to borrowers and lenders per facility terms.
• Set interest periods and reference rates; manage loan/bond lifecycle events.
• Execute payment instructions for loan lifecycle events.
• Coordinate communications to investors, borrowers and lenders.
• Assist and coordinate consents, waivers and restructurings.
• Liaise with sponsors, lawyers, auditors, bankers and investors.
