What Is the Opportunity?

Travelers is recruiting for a Senior Syndicate Operations Associate in London. You will support underwriters and teams, working in a fast-paced environment to handle complex challenges and contribute to our growth. We offer a hybrid work policy and a £1500 new joiner bonus, with referral incentives.

What Will You Do?

• Perform data enrichment, importation, and geocoding of risk data.
• Monitor receipts for schedules and bordereaux, perform data capture and cleansing.
• Prepare underwriting exhibits in BMP for pre-bind underwriting.
• Support underwriters with renewals, collaborate with risk modeling teams.
• Complete front sheets and prepare for risk entry.
• Assist with reports for GAAP, RDS, and other meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support month-end close processes and team training.
• Respond to offshore queries, perform quality assurance.
• Meet service level agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Knowledge of systems change, project processes, underwriting, claims, and reinsurance.
• Attention to detail, high accuracy, and computer literacy.
• Motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
• Numeracy skills; CII certification preferred.

What is a Must Have?

• GCSE level education or equivalent, experience in insurance.
