Job summary

Teneo is a global CEO advisory firm seeking a Senior Vice President to lead investor relations engagements, interpret financial results, and guide client strategies. The role requires deep capital markets judgment and a track record across buy-side, sell-side or in-house IR.

You will develop IR programs, present to executives, and collaborate with global teams to solve complex client challenges. A CFA/MBA and 10+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Buy-side, sell-side or in-house investor relations experience preferred; agency and corporate relevant.
• Exceptional and demonstrated understanding of how strategy and business execution impact financial performance and value creation.
• Strong ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, financial models and data analysis.
• Ability to translate complexity into clear, creative, strategic communication for reputation management.

• Serves as a trusted business advisor by influencing client direction in all areas of investor relations.
• Develops client IR strategies that create competitive advantage amid changing market conditions.
• Tailors IR strategies to current and potential clients.
• Develops complex client investor relations/financial communication programs.
• Provides direction for all client investor relations engagement.
• Develops and presents recommendations based on financial analytics and modelling.
• Makes complex decisions impacting colleagues and clients transparently.
• Leads client satisfaction and responsiveness across teams.
