Teneo is expanding its London-based European Debt Advisory team and seeks a Senior Consultant with a background in advisory, banking or chartered accounting to join our growing practice in London. You will work with Boards and senior management to optimise capital structures, finance acquisitions, and provide analytical support across the UK, France, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial modelling within advisory or banking.
• Understanding debt markets, covenants, and debt instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex transactions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Take a central part in producing slide decks and financial models for debt mandates.
• Support the team in managing the transaction process from start to finish.
• Assist Management teams in preparing and challenging business plans.
• Develop financing options under supervision of senior staff.
• Participate in drafting term sheets and related documents.
• Support business development activities and client outreach.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and events.
• Contribute to wider Financial Advisory training initiatives.
