Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Sustainability Partner to implement its sustainable materials priorities through structured programmes and close supplier engagement. This 12-month fixed-term contract reports to the Head of Sustainability and requires hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and robust data and certification processes.

You will turn targets into practical sourcing solutions, manage supplier relationships, and drive progress across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced fashion

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in sustainability within fashion, apparel or retail.
• Proven ability to deliver programmes from plan to implementation.
• Strong understanding of sustainable materials, traceability and certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of sustainable materials targets across fibre, category and supplier areas.
• Develop supplier transition plans with priority garments and fabrics.
• Track and improve data, certifications and traceability across the supply chain.
• Translate regulations into readiness plans and embed them in strategy.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage day-to-day delivery by the Sustainable Product Team.
