Job summary

ASOS.com is seeking a Senior Sustainability Partner to drive the company’s sustainable materials priorities. The role focuses on delivering programmes, engaging suppliers, and ensuring data integrity and regulatory alignment across the supply chain.

It is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract reporting to the Head of Sustainability. You will turn targets into concrete actions with Sourcing and Buying teams, tracking progress and ensuring commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering sustainability programmes in fashion, apparel or retail.
• Strong understanding of sustainable materials, supply‑chain traceability and certification standards.
• Hands‑on supplier engagement and progress monitoring in complex supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of annual sustainable materials targets with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop supplier transition plans and ensure cost, quality and speed‑to‑market targets.
• Maintain regular engagement with key suppliers and track milestone progress.
• Drive tracking, verification and validation of data and certifications across the supply chain.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and support team performance.
