Job summary

ASOS is seeking a senior global sourcing professional to own end-to-end logistics category management, including last mile, air, sea, warehousing and automation. You will build cost models, benchmark rates, and drive savings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Category management expertise across courier/last mile, air, sea, warehousing, automation.
• Global carrier networks, freight markets, and cross-border logistics knowledge.
• Strong negotiation, cost modelling, and contract optimisation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category strategy, sourcing, and performance for logistics services.
• Build cost models, benchmark rates, and identify savings across delivery and warehousing.
• Track market trends in parcel delivery, freight, and warehouse tech to inform strategies.
• Develop SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs with logistics partners to drive cost efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Tech, and Sustainability on initiatives.
• Assess risks across courier networks and freight lanes; mitigate accordingly.
• Support sustainability goals by evaluating emissions and promoting lower-impact options.
• Identify and assess new technologies in delivery and fulfilment for viability.
• Use analytics and forecasting to guide sourcing and network design.
