Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Sustainability Partner to drive the materials transformation agenda, engaging suppliers and cross‑functional teams to turn targets into action. The role focuses on data, certification, and compliant processes across the supply chain.

The successful candidate will lead multi‑stream programmes, monitor progress, and deliver measurable outcomes while aligning with commercial priorities. 12‑month fixed‑term with a hands-on, delivery‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sustainable materials, supply-chain traceability and certification standards.
• Hands-on supplier engagement and progress monitoring in complex supply chains.
• Commercially aware delivering sustainable materials solutions balancing cost, quality, speed-to-market.
• Analytical and data-management skills to validate supplier, material and certification information.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of annual sustainable materials targets with suppliers, sourcing and buying teams.
• Develop supplier transition plans and ensure actions align with cost and quality objectives.
• Maintain hands-on engagement with key suppliers and track progress against milestones.
• Define data and certification needs, shaping processes and systems across platforms.
• Coordinate multi-workstream delivery and provide updates to stakeholders.
