Job summary

Beeby Anderson Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sustainability and Net Zero Consultant to lead energy modelling and planning support for major UK projects across London, Birmingham, Manchester, and other offices.

You will deliver energy strategies, SAP/EPC lodgements, and sustainability statements, with strong knowledge of BREEAM/WELL, HQM, and Level 5 IES modelling. The role involves client workshops and coordinating design teams.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in a related discipline.
• Knowledge of residential and non-residential energy modelling.
• BREEAM Assessor.
• Ensure that the Quality System procedures are adhered to.
• Lead external workshops and design team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Energy Strategies for Planning Applications.

• Lodgement of non-domestic and domestic EPCs.
• Delivery of Sustainability Statements for Planning Applications.

To manage and lead the delivery of sustainable building services solutions on individual projects; to be a proactive member of the sustainability team; to contribute to the resource allocation of sustainability requirements as project work demands; contribute to the development of the sustainability team with marketing and fee bids and keeping up to date with current Legislation and Planning Policies. This position can be based in one of our clients numerous UK offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Warrington, Aberdeen, or Glasgow.

Responsibilities:
