Job summary

isePglobal is a multidisciplinary building services and sustainability consultancy seeking a Sustainability Consultant to join the team in Birmingham or Nottingham. You will deliver sustainability advice across diverse projects from planning through construction, working with public and private sector clients to embed sustainability in the design process.

The role covers BREEAM assessments, planning statements, LZC feasibility studies, passive design analysis, carbon modelling, and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sustainability projects in the built environment.
• BREEAM AP experience and a good working knowledge of BREEAM.
• Relevant degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Experience with One Click LCA is beneficial, but training can be provided.
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.
• Genuine interest in sustainable design and development within the sector.

Sustainability Consultant

An established, multidisciplinary building services and sustainability consultancy are looking to appointment a Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team in either Birmingham or Nottingham.

The business works across a diverse range of high-profile projects within healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical and public sector environments, helping clients deliver more sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where sustainability is embedded into the design process, rather than being an afterthought.

The role will involve delivering sustainability advice across a variety of projects, working with both public and private sector clients from planning through to construction and completion.

• BREEAM assessments for new-build and refurbishment projects
• Sustainability statements for planning
• LZC technology feasibility studies
• Passive design analysis

The ideal candidate will have:
