Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking an ambitious Surveyor to join our Leeds office and help deliver land and property advice for key infrastructure projects. You will manage client timelines, take ownership of task delivery, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires MRICS or AssocRICS, a full UK driving licence, and experience leading teams or projects. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to CPD and internal groups.

Qualifications

Hold MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience leading a team or projects.
Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.
Lead tasks and schemes to a high standard, meeting deadlines.
Develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, land owners and occupiers.
Support and develop junior staff; delegate tasks effectively.
Engage in CPD and contribute to company groups and events.
