Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a Senior Surveyor to lead land and property advice across UK utilities and infrastructure projects. Based in the East Midlands, you will manage client expectations, deliver high-quality schemes and steer project teams.

MRICS or AssocRICS is required, along with a full UK driving licence. You’ll work with a collaborative team and mentor junior staff, contributing to net-zero initiatives and broad client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hold either MRICS or AssocRICS qualified.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Be experienced in leading a team or projects.
• Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude.
• Are a natural problem solver Enjoy delivering results with a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients.
• Deliver a range of tasks and/or schemes, to a high standard.
• Develop line management skills and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
• Share experience to support development of people in the organisation whilst maintaining knowledge through CPD.
