Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Surveyor to join our utilities and infrastructure team in the UK. You will deliver land and property advice to clients and manage tasks and schemes to a high standard, using initiative and a proactive approach.

The successful candidate will hold MRICS or AssocRICS, have a full UK driving licence, and be experienced in leading teams or projects. You will enjoy delivering results with a team and be a great team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.

• Support development of junior staff and potential line management responsibilities.
• Share experience to support development of people within the organisation.
• Participate in company groups, initiatives, events and uphold company values.
