Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join the team in Bicester to deliver land and property advice for utility and infrastructure projects across the UK.

You will lead projects, manage client relationships, and oversee task delivery with a proactive approach. This role supports junior staff development and CPD, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible and agile working options.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience leading a team or projects.
• Great team player with a can-do attitude.
• Natural problem solver.
• Enjoy delivering results with a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.
• Deliver a range of tasks and/or schemes to a high standard.
• Use initiative to meet client deadlines and objectives with pride in quality.
