Due to recent business growth, our Commercial Consultancy and Strategy team are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor or Associate to join its dynamic national team. Based in Oxford, the particular focus of this role is the healthcare sector - providing advice across varied operational estates and often engaging with senior client personnel. The work will include a variety of valuation work including annual asset valuations for accounts purposes, as well as landlord & tenant, rent review, acquisition, and other professional services. In addition to this core work, you will be engaged in supporting the provision of strategic property advice, not only to the healthcare sector, but also other client groups including various public sector organisations, charities, museums and private sector corporate occupiers and landowners.

You will be a MRICS Chartered Surveyor and ideally a Registered Valuer with good experience or demonstrable interest in the public sector and a high degree of proficiency with Excel. This role requires you to have a business development orientated attitude, with a key focus on providing excellent customer service and willingness to travel throughout England to client sites and other Carter Jonas offices. We are also looking for you to have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner whilst maintaining and establishing relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a driving licence are essential.
