Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Surveyor – Valuation & Advisory (Residential Development) to lead valuations, advise on development sites, and support lenders and developers across the UK.

You will apply MRICS standards, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development within a global platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate or related discipline.
• MRICS qualified (MRICS).
• Strong experience in residential development valuation.
• Advanced financial modelling and appraisal skills.
• Proven client-facing and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK residential development market.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuations of residential development sites in accordance with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors standards.

A senior role within the Valuation & Advisory team specialising in residential development. You will lead valuations and provide strategic advice on development sites, supporting major developers, investors, and lenders across the UK.
