Join to apply for the Senior Surveyor role at Carter Jonas

We are seeking a qualified chartered surveyor to join our friendly and ambitious rural team in Northampton, working alongside property professionals. Our office handles rural surveying, estate management, property agency, valuations, rural grant applications, compensation, landlord and tenant matters, and national framework contracts across the Midlands, East Midlands, and East of England.

  1. Provide professional advice to a diverse portfolio of estate and land-owning clients.
  2. Manage existing client relationships, acting as the primary contact and delivering sound, professional advice.
  3. Handle estate and property management, strategic advice, drafting agreements, and property transactions for clients.
  4. Identify and develop business opportunities in collaboration with partners.
  5. Work with other specialist teams to generate new fee opportunities.
  6. Contribute to developing efficient internal systems and processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  7. Assist in pitch reporting and client presentations.

What will it take to be successful?

You should be a chartered surveyor with a proven track record in rural estate management and professional services, with strong relationship-building skills.
