An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join our growing and exciting Infrastructure Sector as Senior Surveyor, based in either our Central London or Reading Office.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering key deliverables as directed by the client account remit
• Managing transactional responsibilities independently, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and estate queries/issues
• Responding to enquiries from internal & external stakeholders
• Collaborating with Surveyors on nominated client accounts
• Preparing legal documentation summaries
• Analyzing and manipulating data via client database
• Submitting client reports and recommendations through the Cluttons database
• Acting as a point of contact for projects for the client
• Preparing regular client reports per requests, both ad hoc and structured

Requirements

• Experience as a Telecoms Surveyor or in Asset Management is essential
• Understanding and experience working under the Electronic Communications Code 2017
• MRICS qualification (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and achieve outcomes
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to commercial property management and surveying
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Leadership experience in client initiatives and team management
