Senior Surveyor – Fund Valuations

The Opportunity:

I’m partnering with a leading real estate advisory firm looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Valuations team in London. This role offers the chance to value commercial assets across the UK, support management of high-profile balanced funds, and coordinate with associates on portfolio valuations exceeding £8bn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and quarterly valuations of assigned real estate assets
• Utilize valuation software (Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, KEL, MRi) for accurate reporting
• Support loan security valuations
• Maintain Continuing Professional Development per RICS standards and stay updated on market trends and property law

Requirements:

• MRICS qualification and registration under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme
• Strong experience in UK commercial property
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in valuation tools and Microsoft Office
• Motivated team player with strong communication skills and client-facing experience
