Role Responsibilities:

• Manage cost control, contractual issues, procurement, and payments for complex large-volume development projects from pre-operational stage to final account settlement.
• Lead multiple projects at different stages, focusing on value engineering, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely, accurate project delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in housebuilding/residential main contracting.
• Strong project management skills across multiple projects.
• Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving abilities.
