Qualifications

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in Land Surveying or Engineering Surveying
• Experience in Measured Building Surveys, Utility Surveying, Geospatial/GIS or Environmental Monitoring
• Experience leading survey teams or managing technical professionals
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing projects, quotations or tenders
• Passion for developing people and improving technical standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary technical teams
• Provide leadership across surveying, environmental monitoring and technical services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee project delivery, resource planning and quality standards
