Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience in environmental consultancy, planning, surveying, GIS or infrastructure.
- Experience at Principal Consultant, Associate Director or senior management level.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring technical professionals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Develop managers and mentor technical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development and identify opportunities for growth.
- Improve operational performance and technical capability.
