Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 8A Business Manager in the Surgical Division to lead specialist surgery services, ensuring safe, high-quality care while meeting performance and financial targets.

You will partner with clinical, nursing and corporate teams to drive service performance, workforce planning and transformation, delivering access targets and improved patient pathways.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Recognised management qualification (or willingness to work towards).

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational and financial targets.
• Lead service performance, development and transformation.
• Manage budgets and resources, drive continuous improvement.
