Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Manager responsible for the operational delivery, performance and continuous improvement of designated services within the Division at Frimley Park.

You will provide visible leadership to meet national and local targets, ensure high-quality patient care, and oversee workforce and financial performance, with collaboration across clinical, nursing and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of administrative and support staff and indirect leadership of a wider multidisciplinary team
• Delivery of key access, activity and quality targets across the service
• Delegated budget responsibility, including pay and non-pay elements
• Oversight of service performance including waiting lists, patient pathways, clinic/theatre utilisation and patient flow
• Contribution to business planning, service development and financial recovery
• Participate in Divisional Manager of the day rotas to support site flow cross-site working as required
