Job summary

SCR is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to make a real difference in the lives of young people. You will work within a residential setting, providing compassionate care and structured support to learners with diverse needs.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, experience with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare is required.
• Experience working with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support young people in a residential care setting.
• Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of vulnerable learners.
• Assist with daily activities and care routines.
