Partners in Support is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our Harpenden team, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism while working with the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll coach staff through supervisions and 1:1 support, fostering a positive culture and helping individuals to live independently in their own homes and communities. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins on a rota.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and provide coaching through supervisions, observations and 1:1 support.
• Assist Locality Manager with day-to-day leadership and delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Foster a positive culture where colleagues and the people we support thrive.
• Support training, development and supervision to the staff team.
