Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Ashland Road West, a registered care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield providing person-centred care for up to 10 residents with learning and physical disabilities and complex healthcare needs. The role blends frontline support with around 25% of time on managerial tasks.

You will support service users with personal care, mealtimes, finances and medication, and cover a mix of early, late and waking night shifts across

Qualifications

• Team player with flexibility, good organisation and patience.
• Able to commit to a varied project rota including weekends.
• Strong communication and empathy; confident in risk management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and review person-centred support plans to exceptional standards.
• Complete admin tasks to ensure CQC compliance.
• Provide practice leadership and feedback to colleagues.
• Support safeguarding adults.
• Contribute to delivery of support for service users with behavioural challenges.
