Qualifications

• Must demonstrate compassionate and empathetic care for adults with complex needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, service users, and families.
• Ability to plan and monitor person-centred support plans and daily activities.
• Strong focus on safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans aligned with health, wellbeing and diversity goals.
• Implement engaging activity plans to promote autonomy and new experiences.
• Support individuals with medication self-administration and regular health reviews.
• Ensure environments meet Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety standards.
• Recruit, supervise and train staff to deliver person-centred care and development plans.
• Deliver care within Salutem Quality Assurance framework and incident management policies.
