What We’re Looking For

  1. A warm, people-first attitude
  2. Ideally, some experience in care or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification OR experience of caring for a loved one, family member or an individual with complex needs
  3. Two references covering the past 3 years (and any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
  4. An enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the cost!)
