National Care Group Limited is hiring a Senior Support Worker for Essential Care and Support Limited, based in Trimdon. You will work 40 hours per week, earning £13.05 per hour (£27,144 per annum).

Qualifications

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or currently working towards it.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in senior management to assess people's support needs and plan services.
• Develop and implement ideas to improve quality of service and outcomes.
• Promote respectful, compassionate and person-centred care.
