Job summary

Kingsley Specialist Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will recognise and support residents’ daily needs, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, and contribute to care planning while coaching other staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Working within the PBS framework, you will promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for adults with complex needs. A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience in a senior care role is preferred.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the personal care needs of residents with dignity and respect.
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals for care staff.
• Contribute to care planning and coaching of support workers.
• Promote PBS values and person-centred care in daily practice.
