Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior care role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Empathetic and caring nature.
• Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working as part of the care team, recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers.
