Job summary

Kingsley Specialist Services, part of Kingsley Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a focused team delivering person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities in our Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire homes, including Bungay. You will support personal care, dignity, and independence while maintaining high standards of care.

You will work as part of a team to understand and apply the PBS approach, respond to residents’ needs, and participate in day-to-day

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and a caring, patient nature.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' personal care needs with dignity.
• Promote independence and daily living activities.
• Ensure care services meet high standards.
• Support other day-to-day activities in the home.
