Keys Care provides residential support for adults with learning disabilities and other needs. As a Senior Support Worker at Bryn Irfon, you will supervise a team of Support Workers and ensure high standards of care is delivered according to care plans.

You will liaise with health professionals and families and help residents lead safe, happy lives. The role includes flexible shifts (days, nights and sleep-ins) and requires a Full UK Manual Driving License.

Formación

• Full UK Manual Driving License required.
• Flexible working days, nights and sleep in shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Support Workers.
• Provide high standards of care and support in line with care and support plans.
• Encourage community relationships and promote activities.
• Accurately report, record and maintain records per care plans.
• Liaise with health professionals and families.
• Complete supervisions and audits.
• Ensure duties are performed to required standards and foster a happy, homely atmosphere.
