We Are Care is seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker for a supported living service in Sileby, near Loughborough. You will lead the shift, guide the team, and provide high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Shifts are booked ahead and you can choose the ones that suit you. The role includes medication administration and handovers, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Competenze

• Experience as a senior support worker in a supported living service.
• Ability to lead a shift and supervise a team.
