A care service provider in Nottingham seeks a Support Worker specializing in care for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves delivering person-centred care, ensuring welfare, and following care plans. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in the UK healthcare sector, excellent communication and leadership skills, and an NVQ in Social Care is preferable. The position offers £12.87 to £13.83 per hour, working a rolling rota with full flexibility required.

Formación

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in UK healthcare sector as a support worker.
• Experience with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and autism.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Service Users' wishes and preferences enhance their well-being.
• Support Service Users to maintain relationships with the local community.
• Inform changes in the needs of Service Users to the Team Leader.
