• Build positive relationships with children and provide consistent support.
• Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents and interventions.
• Mentor less experienced staff through induction and supervision.
• Assist with healthcare needs, education support and home activities.
• Take part in sleep‑in duties and on‑call rota.
